Welcome to Latina Brilliance

Uplifting our cultura in corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.

Meet Your Hosts

Yovana Rosales is the Founder of Ai.Latina and Co-Founder of Latina Brilliance. A speaker, educator, and AI literacy advocate, she has spent over 3 years helping Latinas and modern professionals demystify artificial intelligence — using it as a tool to reclaim time, reduce burnout, and build smarter businesses.

A Subject Matter Expert at Montclair State University in Small Business and Artificial Intelligence, Yovana has also developed AI certification program content for both Dominican University and Montclair State University. She has been featured by PopSugar as a "Tech Chingona" and Telemundo's Mujeres Imparables, and nominated for the 100 Women in AI list — recognized as a leading voice in bridging the AI gap for communities of color.

Through Ai.Latina — where tech meets wellness— she delivers workshops, wellness-centered events, and the Spanglish Affirmation Deck, rooted in her belief that thriving looks different for every mujer.

Berenis Vargas Luna knows that food is medicine — not as a concept, but as a lived truth. After reversing her own diabetes and helping her partner heal his gut disease through the power of whole, intentional eating, she is dedicating her life to helping mujeres remember what their bodies already know: that care of self is not optional, it is essential — and it starts on the plate.

She is the co-founder of El Hongo Mágico, a plant-based Mexican American culinary brand celebrated by the Chicago Tribune for its most impressive cult following, and the founder of Raíces Mágicas, a conscious eating practice and community rooted in ancestral wisdom and Mexican food traditions. Through her work, she guides mujeres to heal their relationship with food, listen to the signals their body sends, and reclaim their cultura as a source of nourishment and power.

With over 20 years of experience producing events and building community, Berenis creates spaces where Latinas rise — grounded in who they are, clear on what they deserve, and nourished enough to go after it.

The Latina Brilliance Mission

Elevating the education of Latinas in tech, finance, and entrepreneurship through community-driven events rooted in wellness, cultural connection, and ancestral wisdom.

Our Values:

Cultural Representation

We value creating spaces where every cultural identity is respected, heard, and meaningfully included in each event and conversation.

Community Growth

We aim to foster an environment that supports the collective development, empowerment, and potential of all members within a community. This involves creating opportunities for personal and collective advancement, mutual support, and shared learning that enables individuals and the group to thrive together.

Intentional Collaboration

We are thoughtful with who we choose to collaborate with in creating a clear purpose, shared goals, and a commitment to mutual understanding and collective achievement.

Innovation Through Education

We understand that culturally we haven’t had access to education that will collectively transform and uplift our communities. This value recognizes education not just as the acquisition of knowledge, but a powerful catalyst for generating new ideas, challenging existing paradigms, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. We are intentional with partnering and elevating Latine voices as we pursue education without gatekeeping resources.

Courageous Integrity

Demonstrating unwavering commitment to ethical principles, even when doing so requires difficult decisions or potential personal or professional risk. This value embodies the willingness to stand up for what is right, maintain authenticity, and act in alignment with core values, despite potential challenges or opposition.
